Refund & Cancellation

This policy is issued by OneBase Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., the business that charges for Bakester on bakester.ai through Razorpay.

Product

A Bakester birthday reel is a custom digital video. Normal is ₹280 (about 4–6 minutes). HD upscale is ₹350 (about 8–12 minutes). Prices include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. There is no physical shipment. The reel is delivered in this app after generation.

Cancellation

You may close Razorpay checkout before paying. No amount is charged until you complete payment. After a successful payment, generation starts automatically, so the order cannot be cancelled mid-bake.

When we refund

• Payment succeeded but we fail to generate or deliver the reel after a reasonable retry.
• A duplicate charge for the same reel, confirmed against Razorpay payment ids.
• A charge that does not match the listed ₹280 or ₹350 reel price.

When we do not refund

Custom AI video is made to the name, language, and greeting you submitted. We do not refund because you dislike the creative result, typed the wrong name, or no longer want the reel after it is ready.

How to request a refund

Email contact@onebase.dev from the address you used if any, and include the Razorpay payment id, order id, and a short reason. OneBase Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reviews requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method in 5–7 business days, subject to the bank or UPI app.
