Bakester (bakester.ai) is a product of OneBase Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Bakester, why we collect it, and how to reach us. It applies to this website and the Bakester installable app.

Who we are

The business that operates this website and collects payments is OneBase Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., the same legal name registered with Razorpay. Our parent site is onebase.dev. Bakester is a brand of this company, not a separate entity.

What we collect

• Birthday name and greeting. The name you type is used only to generate that reel (cake lettering and voiceover). It is not your login or account.
• Anonymous device cookie. A private cookie on this phone remembers your reel list. We do not ask you to create an account.
• Payment details. Card, UPI, and wallet data are entered on Razorpay’s checkout. We receive a payment id, order id, amount, and status so we can start your reel. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical logs. Standard request logs (time, browser, errors) to keep the service working.

How we use it

We use this information to take payment, generate and show your reel, prevent abuse, and meet tax or legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay — to process the ₹280 or ₹350 payment for a birthday reel.
• Our generation partners — the name, language, and script are sent to create the video. They process this to fulfil your order.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

Cookies

We set an httpOnly cookie so this browser can open “My reels”. Clearing site data removes that list from this phone. Razorpay may set its own cookies on checkout.

How long we keep it

Reel records stay on this device’s cookie box until you clear them or they expire. Payment references are kept as long as needed for accounting, refunds, and Indian law. We keep data only as long as needed for the service you asked for.

Your choices

You can close checkout without paying. You can email contact@onebase.dev to ask what we hold about a payment or to request deletion where the law allows. We may need the Razorpay payment id to find the record.
